PHP Quiz Generator

After completing the Getting Started with PHP Tutorials, complete the following exercise to demonstrate your understanding of PHP (thus far).

Create a page (or pages) that displays a 5 question True/False quiz. After the user completes and submits the quiz, grade the quiz and display the results.

Your PHP code should include:

• An array of at least 10 questions
• Questions should be chosen at random and should be used only once per quiz
• Answers to the questions should NOT be visible in the generated HTML code

Hand in your hard copy documentation at the beginning of class on the date due.  This will include well commented source code as well as program design documentation.

Be prepared to demonstrate your assignment at the beginning of class on the date due.
