(Cisco, ODS, AT&T, Hughes Cabletron etc)
Twelve years experience in PC/electronics repair
Nine years experience training computer users
Experience in Laser printer, FAX,, and copier repair
Four Years CAD setup and design Experience
Six years experience in customer service/sales
Managed a computer repair departmment with profits of over $100k annually
Purchasing, pricing, sales experiience
Bachelors and Associates degree with Computer Science background
