·         Team leader of 20 individuals on two teams supporting the Global Manufacturing environment using CiscoWorks, HPOpenview, Network Node Manager, NetScout and Cisco Security Tools.

·         Firewall engineer/administrator for over 70 GM sites across the globe using Cisco Security Manager.
